We’re seeking an organised and motivated Library Relocation Project Coordinator to play a key role in preserving and preparing MAGNT’s important research library for its next chapter.

You’ll lead the relocation of the Peter Spillett Library collection, coordinating cataloguing, stocktaking, and the movement of approximately 150+ linear metres of books and periodicals. Your work will ensure this vital collection continues to support MAGNT’s scientific, cultural, and exhibition research across the organisation.

As part of the Collections team, you’ll combine your library expertise with project coordination skills to update catalogues, manage offsite logistics, and work with contractors—making a real impact behind the scenes at one of the Territory’s leading cultural institutions.
