  • Develop, implement, and review records, data and information management policies, procedures, and frameworks to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with legislation and government standards.
  • Lead projects that enhance information management maturity across the organisation, in alignment with the Knowledge, Information and Data Management Framework.
  • Deliver staff training and communication programs on recordkeeping, information security, and the use of systems such as Content Manager and SharePoint.
  • Oversee the appraisal, disposal, and archival management of Museums Victoria’s records.

  • Hands-on experience with administration of electronic document and records management systems and Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver practical solutions.
  • Proven experience leading change in information management systems and processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and train and support staff.
  • Experience supervising teams and fostering a collaborative, compliance-focused culture.
  • A tertiary qualification in records or information management (or a related field) is highly regarded.
