About the Role
The Organisational Development (OD) Lead is a strategic and delivery-focused role responsible for strengthening organisational capability, culture and performance through well-designed People & Culture programs and enabling systems. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the role leads initiatives across learning and development, culture and engagement, performance, DEI and continuous improvement. A key element of the role is enhancing P&C systems and technology to ensure programs are efficient, integrated and scalable – so a love and knack for systems is a must. The OD Lead translates strategy into practical frameworks, tools and processes that are embedded and adopted across the organisation.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of OD programs across learning and development, culture and engagement, performance, DEI and continuous improvement.
- Drive improvement of People & Culture systems and technology, including process optimisation, integration, reporting capability and user enablement.
- Design and implement practical frameworks, processes, SOPs and guidance that improve consistency, compliance and the employee and manager experience.
- Partner with leaders to deliver organisation-wide training, performance and engagement initiatives aligned to strategic priorities.
- Identify and leverage HR technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to enhance efficiency, insight and quality across People & Culture programs.
- Lead discrete improvement and change initiatives, ensuring sustainable adoption and transition into BAU operations.
Desired Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Learning & Development or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience delivering OD initiatives, with proven capability in improving HR systems, processes and technology enablement.
- Strong skills in systems thinking, process improvement and change management, with the ability to translate strategy into practical, embedded solutions.
