We are seeking a Technology Operations Partner for our Parramatta site. This role is part of a team of three Partners working across Powerhouse precincts and reports directly to the Head of ICT Operations.
The Technology Operations Partner is responsible for ensuring the standard and consistency of technology used by visitors, the community, and the workforce across all Powerhouse locations. The roles are highly skilled and client-focused, dedicated to implementing and responding to technology requirements and issues, with an emphasis on meeting client needs.
In response to the Powerhouse renewal, the Technology Operations Partner provides a wide range of administrative services and coordination support to geographically dispersed teams undertaking service desk and field support activities. The positions assist with resource planning, scheduling, prioritising, and work allocations.
