ABOUT THE POSITION:
The positions are accountable for delivering programs, activities or shows in a way that engages Museums Victoria’s audiences and contributes to the audience experience.
Notable skills and experiences:
- Well demonstrated communication and presentation skills;
- Demonstrated ability to interpret First Peoples knowledge, culture, history and technology for diverse audiences;
- Awareness of education and learning techniques for diverse audiences;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to engage with differing opinions and difficult conversations in an objective manner.
- Good organisational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision;
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams including the ability to work with multiple project leaders;
- Ability to take responsibility for own performance and manage own work and time effectively;
- The successful applicant is required to undergo a National Police Records Check and Working with Children Check and be assessed as suitable (new employees are required to meet this cost).
