Duties

Under limited direction, the Priority Projects Program Manager is to oversee the delivery, inter-dependencies and priorities across various Memorial and ANZAC Centenary projects. The work will involve: applying standard project methodologies and controls in establishing, reporting on and monitoring of designated Priority Projects to the Steering Group; active and ongoing mentoring and training of nominated Project Managers in the Memorial’s project management methodologies; assistance with preparation of budgets, tenders and contracts and schedules; and administrative tasks as required. The position works to Assistant Director, Branch Head National Collection and in close consultation with other Assistant Directors, Project Managers and Section Heads to build project management expertise and discipline and to develop capacity across the Memorial.
