Museums Victoria is seeking a Systems, Process & Reporting Specialist to join its People & Culture team in a newly created position. Key responsibilities include:
- Support the systems administration of Museums Victoria’s HRIS Aurion and its use as an operational and strategic business tool to inspire a collaborative and productive approach to Museum operations.
- Lead the creation, development and communication of a suite of HR workforce data metrics and analytics.
- Coordinate and support the management of key HR systems including our Rostering System, e-learning platform, Springboard (e-recruitment), DocuSign and DoneSafe.
- Partner with People & Culture leaders to help deliver our ambitious strategy.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following qualifications, experience, and skills:
- Demonstrated high-level experience and expertise in creating, extracting and analysing workforce data in a complex and multi-faceted environment.
- Sound understanding of, and experience working with, human resources information systems and/or similar relational databases.
- Highly developed analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and to respond appropriately to sensitive matters.
- A strong understanding of core HR functions and how they interact with HR systems.
