ACMI is seeking a part-time Programmer to join our team in Bendigo, 3 days/week until 31 October 2022, to develop and deliver workshops, events, programs and networking opportunities supporting creative entrepreneurs in growing their businesses.

ACMI’s vibrant calendar of exhibitions, screenings, commissions, festivals, and industry and education programs explore the stories, technologies and artists that create our shared screen culture.
We have an exciting part-time fixed-term role within our Programming Team for a Programmer to develop and deliver workshops, events, programs and networking opportunities supporting creative entrepreneurs in growing their businesses.
Located in Bendigo, reporting to the Manager, Emporium Creative Hub, the Programmer researches, develops and delivers activities (festivals, talks, symposia, workshops, performances, commissions, masterclasses, etc) as part of an integrated programmatic offer that extends and enhances the capacity of local creative entrepreneurs.
Our ideal team member will have proven experience developing and delivering programming and events. A successful relationship builder you will have extensive experience working collaboratively with stakeholders. Skilled at problem-solving and organising you will be able to prioritise activities and manage time to meet competing demands and strict deadlines. Confident in the use of social media platforms you will be able to quickly learn and work across a variety of software applications.
If successful you can expect to become part of a talented, committed, and creative team of people with a passion for screen culture. Located in Bendigo this Grade 3 role is offered part-time (three days/week), until 31 October 2022 with a starting salary of $68,884 pro-rata plus super.
