Programs Manager, Road to Zero
Australia’s largest public museum organisation is seeking a Programs Manager to manage the successful implementation and delivery of the Road to Zero world-leading road safety programs to ensure high-quality educational outcomes using the latest visual and digital technology, both onsite and via the Road Smart Interactive metropolitan and regional outreach program.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
This purpose of this position is to is accountable for coordinating and monitoring the implementation and delivery of the suite of Road to Zero wellbeing and curriculum-based programs which contribute to Museums Victoria’s strategic objectives and the TAC’s road safety message.
Notable skills and experiences:
- Experience in the implementation, promotion and coordination of education and/or public programs to achieve successful audience and business outcomes
- High level interpersonal skills and proven ability to liaise with key stakeholders, particularly funding bodies, school communities, professional teaching organisations and technology teams.
- Understanding of the Victorian curriculum, with an emphasis on secondary science, health and/or wellbeing with additional areas of expertise an advantage.
- Understanding of the role of education and/or public programming for diverse audiences within a museum or informal learning context
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate a team to implement and deliver innovative curriculum programs for teachers and students, meeting the needs of diverse learners using a range of digital technologies and contemporary approaches to learning.
