Australia’s largest public museum organisation is seeking a Programs Project Officer to provide administrative and delivery support to the Road to Zero on-site and outreach programs.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
The primary responsibility of the Programs Project Officer will be coordinating the efficient day to day operation of Road to Zero, including coordination of staff rosters and training, bookings and enquiries and program delivery.
Notable skills and experiences:
- Well-developed administration, communication and presentation skills
- Experience in delivery of programs for secondary education audiences.
- Proven ability to liaise with teachers, broader school communities and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects, while ensuring that targets and objectives are achieved within agreed timeframes.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams including managing the workflow of others and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Takes responsibility for own performance and work collegiately and effectively in teams and individual situations.
- The successful applicant is required to undergo a National Police Records Check and Working with Children Check and be assessed as suitable (new employees are required to meet this cost).
- Must comply with TAC Road Safety Requirements.
- The successful applicant must have a current Victorian Drivers Licence.
