THE OPPORTUNITY:
Working alongside with theRoad to Zero Road Safety Experience team at Melbourne Museum, some key duties of this role include:
- Plan and coordinate Road to Zero staff project scheduling and the creation of daily staff itineraries for the coming year to ensure the efficient use of resources, travel time, business rules, and rostering constraints and staff expertise.
- Design, develop and Implement systems that support the delivery of programs, track visitation and audience data, and provide input to internal and external reporting lines.
- Monitor and analyse daily operations and use professional judgement to highlight and escalate matters requiring resolution to ensure greater operational efficiencies.
- Provide high level communication for relevant internal and external stakeholders and manage small teams to deliver special projects.
- Track operations budget and regularly monitor progress and identify business efficiencies.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of program and procedural training for Road to Zero education staff.
- Liaise with MV and TAC staff, community groups, teachers and other stakeholders to provide access to Road to Zero’s experiences.
