An opportunity has arisen to recruit for a Project Coordinator within the Facilities and Asset Management team. This role will play a key role in providing project coordination and support to all MAAS minor and major capital works projects across 3 iconic Sydney sites.
In this role you will undertake implementation support, process development and reporting related to all capital works ensuring consistency with MAAS strategy, commitments and goals. You will have experience in identifying, contracting, liaising with and managing consultants and contractors as well as undertaking procurement relating to projects ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience and understanding of project methodologies, processes and procedures, preferably within a government context. Experience in dealing with trades is also desirable, but not essential.
