 Otago Museum is seeking a highly motivated and suitably qualified Project Manager – Archives to undertake a full review of the Museum’s collections and business records.

Working within the Collections, Research & Education Division, the Project Manager – Archives will assess the collections condition, its documentation and information management systems and implement a standards-based archives management system that facilitates access onsite and online.

The Project Manager will also explore opportunities to develop a volunteer program that supports the rehousing and documentation of the collection.

The ideal applicant will have had previous archives experience and who has ideally had experience working with information management systems such as Vernon and Piction.
