An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit for a Property Services Manager during a period of change. This role will play a key part in maintaining the Museum’s current iconic buildings and planning for a new world class museum in Parramatta.
This role will identify, develop and implement building asset maintenance programs and co-ordinate the provision of suitable accommodation and services for Museum operations including public venues, storage of objects and staff office facilities. This role also manages directly and indirectly up to 7 employees
The successful candidate will have a degree in engineering, a building discipline or relevant experience with demonstrated competence in the fundamentals of building design, documentation, construction and maintenance. They will also have experience in identifying, contracting, liaising with and managing consultants and contractors.
