A unique institution at the heart of Melbourne’s iconic meeting place, Federation Square ACMI is Australia’s national museum of film, TV, videogames, digital culture and art. Welcoming over 1.45m visitors in 2015/16, ACMI is the most visited museum of the moving image in the world and the third most visited museum in Australia.

Not only a major cultural, tourism and learning attraction, ACMI is an integral element of Melbourne’s positioning as one of the world’s truly creative cities. Through a vibrant calendar of major exhibitions, film programs, live events, creative workshops, education and online programs and supported by funding from the Victorian Government, ACMI is a national and international hub for culture, innovation, debate and discussion, presenting and championing the art and culture of the moving image as it evolves both locally and globally. We welcome audiences of all ages and work with emerging and established industry figures.

The ACMI Public Programs and Education Team is looking for talented and energetic Facilitators to join a team committed to creating knowledgeable, passionate and critically aware audiences and creators at ACMI.
Reporting to the Managers of Public Programs or Education, the Public Programs and Education Facilitators play a vital role in the co-ordination and delivery of quality programs to ACMI visitors. A key element of this role includes providing evaluation and reporting on all programs delivered to facilitate program improvement.
