THE OPPORTUNITY:
Australia’s largest public museum organisation is seeking a Publishing Coordinator to support and coordinate the successful production, delivery and evolution of outstanding Museums Victoria developed publications.
Working alongside the Publications Manager, key duties of this role include:
- Assisting with creating and commissioning content ideas.
- Liaising with authors, illustrators, designers, printers, and retail distributors.
- Preparing publication schedules and tracking work progress.
- Monitoring budgets and facilitating procurement.
