Comfort Inn Sovereign Hill offers a variety of accommodation styles from exquisite Heritage Rooms and comfortable motel rooms, to spacious family accommodation and convenient and affordable dormitory rooms.We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in the position of Casual Receptionist. The Comfort Inn Sovereign Hill Receptionist is responsible for informing and engaging guests in a polite and friendly manner whilst facilitating the booking of hotel accommodation, entry tickets to The Sovereign Hill Museum and admission tickets to the Blood on the Southern Cross sound & light show.
To be successful in this role we are looking for individuals who have:
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to deal with all facets of the general public
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated IT skills in Microsoft Office
- The ability to work across flexible rosters including weekends, public holidays and school holidays
