The Records Manager works closely with a range of staff across the Museum as well as external agencies and providers to manage stakeholders and ensure governance and accountability of the services provided by the Museum.
As the Records Manager, you will:
- Lead the digital transition project team for the implementation of electronic record keeping within the agency by following the project communication strategy.
- Establish and maintain record keeping frameworks, policies and processes to support the transition to a digital record keeping environment.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the executive, senior managers and external stakeholders and act as the central point of contact for the project timeline.
- Provide monthly reporting on service levels for services provided, agency usage and capacity trending for corporate services.
- Provide monthly financial reporting for corporate services.
