Duties
The Recruitment Manager plays an important role in delivery of the Memorial’s People Strategy and to support this, is responsible for guiding managers and staff in all aspects of recruitment. The Recruitment Manager works in a small team under limited direction of the Head, HR. The Recruitment Manager has a thorough understanding of contemporary APS recruitment strategies, processes and procedures and is committed to partnering with business, cultivating a performance culture and working independently and flexibly.
