Duties
Under general direction Reference Officers provide a wide range of high quality reference services to clients both remote and in the Reading Room. The work involves: assisting clients in the use of online reference tools, and contributing to the research and preparation of content for the Memorial’s website, publications, and the delivery of talks and tours.
