The preferred candidate will facilitate the work of the Queensland Museum with regard to the repatriation of Aboriginal, Torres Strait and Pacific islands peoples’ secret sacred objects and ancestral remains. You will develop and maintain positive relations with Aboriginal, Torres Strait and Pacific Islander peoples and communities and provide access to collections in the Queensland Museum’s South Bank campus. You will assist curators and collection managers working on matters relating to Repatriation.
