ABOUT THE POSITION:
This position is accountable for generating sales by providing high levels of customer service and specialised retail knowledge to all visitors
Key Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated track record of customer service excellence;
- Substantial experience in retail sales;
- Demonstrated ability to operate a computer point of sale system;
- Demonstrated ability to handle money securely with sound experience completing end of day reconciliations;
- Demonstrated well developed communication skills, both written and oral;
- Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member within a diverse organisation.
- The successful incumbent is required to undergo a Working with Children Check and National Police Records Check and be assessed as suitable (new employees are required to meet this cost).
