The Museum of Applied Arts and Sciences (MAAS) is Australia’s contemporary museum for excellence and innovation in applied arts and sciences and is uniquely placed to demonstrate how technology, engineering, science and design impact Australia and the world.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a new role which has been developed to provide support and training to key stakeholders across the museum using Salesforce.

This role will enable staff to gain insights from customer data, improve functionality of the salesforce platform and CRM practises across the museum. Other tasks will include migration of existing CRM data into Salesforce, data entry, working with stakeholders to define user requirements and customising the application to satisfy business goals.

We are looking for a skilled candidate with previous Salesforce system experience who enjoys problem solving, can work independently and has an eye for detail.

Your application must include the following:

Question 1 – Describe a significant CRM improvement/initiative that you have introduced which has made a difference to the customer. How did you decide upon this improvement/initiative? What did you do? How was the success of the improvement/initiative measured?

Question 2 – In this role, you will be required to demonstrate knowledge in the Salesforce system and understand how it applies to the role.  Talk about your area of interest and skills and how you have utilised your knowledge in an organisation.
