Duties
The Schools Administration Officer is responsible for providing a range of administrative support services to the Schools Program at the SA Museum. The incumbent will liaise with schools and teachers, coordinate and schedule bookings, support the development of education materials and coordinate contracted and volunteer resources in support of the program. The Schools Administration Officer is also responsible for providing general administrative support to the broader Public Engagement Branch as directed.

Special conditions
This is a contract / term vacancy up to 30/6/2016. Some out of hours work may be required to fulfil the responsibilities of the role.
