THE OPPORTUNITY:
Australia’s largest public museum organisation is seeking a Learning Facilitator to contribute to the audience experience through effective program delivery.
Working alongside with the Learning Facilitator team, key duties of this role include:
- Present programs, activities, workshops or shows for education booked groups and general audiences.
- Provide feedback to Senior Programs Officer and Programs Coordinators on audience response to programs.
- Set up, pack up and assist in maintaining materials and resources used in the delivery of programs and activities.
- Under direction, collaborate in the development of programs, including research, crafting scripts and activities, sourcing and preparation of materials etc.
- Assist in training volunteers in relevant procedures.
- Liaise with other Public Programs, Education, and Visitor Engagement staff for the day to day delivery of programs.
- As required, participate in debriefs for audience evaluations and customer service purposes.
