Duties
Under general direction, the Security Shift Team Leader is responsible for the delivery of the day-to-day security operation. The work involves: supervision and training of staff; monitoring of complex security systems, development and implementation of security and emergency procedures, liaison with internal and external clients/stakeholders; assisting with special security arrangements; coordination of the staff roster including complex coverage requirements, and Deputy Chief Warden duties.
Eligibility
This is a security assessed position (Negative Vetting 2). Successful applicants will be required to obtain and maintain the required clearance.
A current driver’s licence is mandatory.
Notes
Please note this is a shift work position, requiring regular weekend work. You must ensure that in applying for this role you are committed to being on duty regularly over weekends and Public Holidays.
