We have an exciting role within our Governance Team for an experienced and proactive Legal & Governance Advisor to join ACMI in this pivotal supporting role ensuring the effective governance of ACMI, and supporting the delivery of the ACMI renewal project.

The role is responsible for providing robust and proactive legal and governance advice to ensure ACMI’s compliance with legislation and regulations. It is also responsible for the preparation and review of contracts, providing advice on copyright, film classification and governance matters, and provision of operational and administrative Board Secretariat functions.

To be a successful contributor in this role you must be legally qualified and able to work collaboratively with a range of colleagues across the organisation and be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, diplomatic, communication and influencing skills. You are likely to have gained your experience in a similar organisation, and have the ability to work to tight deadlines in a high pressure but fun environment.

This Grade 4 position is offered on a full time, limited duration basis for 2 years with an option of a further one year.

Salary advancement is by progression assessment as part of the annual performance review process for applicable staff.
