You will apply your excellent creative and interpretive skills to lead a curatorial team in the delivery of education-based and interactive gallery content for forthcoming gallery renewals at Queensland Museum and Sciencentre.

This includes a key role in the delivery of a multidisciplinary and collaborative project commemorating the centenary of World War 1 to be opened in November 2018.

You will use your curatorial research skills and an understanding of audience engagement to develop innovative engagement opportunities for museum visitors to be inspired by real stories and objects. This will result in a large scale permanent exhibition and public program outcomes addressing Queensland’s social and cultural heritage.

In addition you will lead a team to manage and develop the social history collections in accordance with agreed strategic priorities of Queensland Museum.
