Australia’s largest public museum organisation is seeking an experienced senior officer in audience research and evaluation to work with a small team of audience researchers and data analysts as part of our exhibitions and experience division. The role will work closely with another evaluation officer to meet the needs of the organisation to ensure the effectiveness of our experiences to meet our visitors needs.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

The role is responsible for conducting high quality evaluation projects and producing insights that shape the visitor experiences offered by Museums Victoria. Experience in conducting high quality qualitative research is central to the role. The role involves working closely with multiple development teams to deliver experiences that meet our visitors’ needs.

Notable skills and experiences:

The successful applicant will be someone who has demonstrated experience in developing and conducting primary research projects using qualitative and quantitative research skills. They will also be experienced in providing actionable evidence-based outcomes that assist the delivery of unmissable experience for visitors to our museums.
