The Museum has an opportunity for a highly experienced rehabilitation case manager to join the Human Resources Business Unit.
The key duties of the position include:
As the Senior HR Advisor you are responsible for the ongoing management of the Museum’s workers compensation and rehabilitation program, and contributing to the ongoing development and implementation of health and wellbeing frameworks that support employee physical and mental health. This includes the management of early intervention and wellbeing programs and initiatives and supporting the mental health capability https://framework. The position reports directly to the Work Health and Safety Manager and will provide support for preventative work health and safety programs as required.
