The Museum has an exciting opportunity for a HR professional to join our Human Resources Team as a Senior HR Advisor providing high quality workforce management and recruitment advice and support to internal and external clients.

The key duties of the position include:

Reporting directly to the Senior People and Culture Advisor, the Senior HR Advisor will partner with clients to develop recruitment strategies and innovative attraction and selection methodologies to source high calibre candidates. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment in a highly contestable labour market. It will provide an opportunity for a HR professional to expand their capability across all aspects of workforce management including contributing to strategic workforce planning and business process improvement within a small agency. The role will also gain exposure and contribute to other areas of HR including employee relations, diversity and inclusion, learning and development and performance management.

What will the successful candidate the bring to role?

Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge, experience and skills in strategic recruitment and a passion for all aspects of human resource management. You will have high level customer service and project management skills in order to plan and deliver high quality recruitment services to the Museum.

You will have the ability to identify issues and develop solutions to problems. You will be flexible and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow. You will also possess an inquisitive mind, with the ability to use your initiative and judgement, and be motivated to seek opportunities for business improvements. An ability to research and deliver results on time and to a high standard is necessary.

The successful candidate must demonstrate integrity and be able to work within a team environment and autonomously.
