The primary responsibility of the position is to be accountable for planning, leading and implementing a program of strategic marketing campaigns, promotions and activities that build and enhance brand, engage target audiences and drive visitation across Museums Victoria network of museums and venues.

The Senior Manager, Brand & Audience is part of the CaP leadership group alongside Audience Insights and Media and Communication.

About You
You will have a proven track record and success in the execution and delivery of brand and marketing and strategies and campaigns for internal and external audiences.

You will lead and manage the MV Marketing team, developing a highly engaged, high performing and collaborative culture.

You will lead the brand and marketing strategy for MV to develop and implement strategic marketing plans and tactical campaigns to elevate and promote the MV brand, activities and content to target audiences in line with Divisional priorities and objectives.

You are a sharp operator with a creative edge and exceptional organisational skills who functions with a high level of strategy, energy and passion and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously on time and to budget.
