The Museum has an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced HR generalist to join the Human Resources Business Unit.  Leading a variety of key HR projects, this role is responsible for contributing to the strategic priorities of the Museum through effective employee relations, change management and workforce planning activities.

This role oversees the recruitment function of the Museum and provides professional expertise in performance management, capability development, remuneration and diversity and inclusion.

The role requires strategic leadership, vision and planning.  Reporting to the HR Program Manager, the role will work in collaboration to achieve a positive workplace culture and continuous improvement.
