Role Purpose:
The purpose of the Senior Project linguist is to work with Aboriginal community leaders to make available curated language and cultural archival material from an online platform. The position is accountable for the linguistic analysis of archival material, recording new language material, and the development of language learning resources using best practice.
Special Conditions:
- Applicants will be required to undergo the appropriate and relevant Employment Screening Assessment(s) required for this role in line with the DPC Employment Screening Policy.
This role requires: Working with Children Check - Out of hours work, may be required
- Intrastate travel will be required
