The Australian Museum (AM) operates within the NSW Department of Planning and Environment. The AM is the first museum in Australia and was founded in 1827. The AM provides access, engagement and scientific research to increase our understanding of natural history and culture, particularly of the Australasian region. About the role:
The Senior Project Manager leads and manages the AM Master Plan project teams to develop, deliver, monitor and evaluate a portfolio of strategic projects, to achieve project outcomes and support achievement of organisational objectives
About you:
As the successful candidate, you will demonstrate:
- Has a responsibility to develop and manage overall business plans consistent with the project objectives, program management, governance plans, and other requirements.
- The role provides advice and refers directly to the Director, Infrastructure Projects to priority activities with recommendations and advice considered to be of critical importance
- Hold a current and valid construction White Card
- Adequate knowledge and experience in order to deliver the Key Accountabilities and perform to the Focus Capabilities outlined in the Role Description.
