Museums Victoria is seeking an experienced and talented Senior Publicist to support the Media and Communications team in the development and implementation of communication and public relations strategies and campaigns covering, but not limited to the following areas: Exhibition, programs and events, Public image and reputation of the Museums Victoria, and Research and expertise. The position is accountable for the development and implementation of effective strategic public relations campaigns and activations to drive visitation and enhance the reputation and positive awareness of Museums Victoria’s activities.

In consultation with the Media and Communications manager, research, develop and implement tactical publicity and media campaigns that positively elevate the profile of Museums Victoria – its expertise, exhibitions and activities – across a broad range of owned and earned channels.
