ABOUT THE POSITION:
The primary responsibility of the Senior Project Manager, Strategic Capital Projects, will be to assist with the development of long-term development plans for the Museum’s key campuses. The successful applicant will work with key staff across the organisation to undertake masterplanning of the iconic buildings and grounds in order to drive future growth and sustainability of Museums Victoria.
Notable skills and experiences:
- Proven experience in delivering complex, high profile building projects
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with cross organisational teams and to foster a sense of collaboration
- High level of organisational skills and processes and demonstrated capacity to deliver
The successful applicant will have the right mix of organisational efficiency and strong people skills to be able to lead a cross organisational staff team, manage contractors and communicate with senior staff and executives.
