The Museum of Applied Arts and Sciences sits at the intersection of art, design, science, and technology and plays a critical role in engaging communities with contemporary ideas and issues. The Sustainability Manager is a newly created role that will position the Museum as national leader in sustainability through the development and implementation of the Powerhouse Sustainability Plan.
Collaborating across the museum, you will lead the organisation in developing and implementing initiatives to improve the Museum’s social and environmental performance, embedding sustainability into operations and ensuring our new and renewed sites achieve our sustainability ambitions and commitments. You will have extensive experience in developing and implementing sustainability programs and demonstrated experience in establishing and sustaining strong organisational and industry networks.
