Embodying the best of design ingenuity and innovation, the Museum profiles one of the world’s great collections and is a highly successful interdisciplinary institution that sits at the intersection of the arts, design, science and technology and plays a critical role in supporting the brand and vision of the city.
The Powerhouse Precinct at Parramatta is one of the largest cultural infrastructure projects currently being undertaken in Australia. The project will transform and renew one of Australia’s oldest and most important cultural institutions and carry forward its legacy to reflect the changing needs of the contemporary communities of NSW

As a part of our ICT team, you will be developing and managing enterprise solutions ensuring compliance with the organisational and government policies.
Key highlights of the role:
- Engage with business stakeholders to interpret and develop business requirements;
- Assist in transformation of legacy applications environments into modern technology;
- Actively contribute to configuration of existing systems and development of new solutions;
What will it take?
We are looking for someone to join the team with the following attributes:
- 3+ years’ experience in systems development and software construction;
- Solid skills in at least one of Microsoft or LAMP tech stack;
- Ability to interpret and document user requirements
- Develop test plans.
- Familiarity with JIRA customisation, Salesforce, relational databases.
- Familiarity with and exposure to multiple technologies;
- Flexibility to adapt and learn new technologies in changing work environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Independent self-starter with a passion for technology
