The ACMI Brand and Marketing Team is a key business unit delivering ACMI’s strategic brand, marketing, communications, design, social media and audience research activities. This is an outstanding opportunity for a creative, dynamic video professional to join this vital part of our business.
Reporting to the Creative Media Designer you will be responsible for the concept development and production of an exciting and varied range of motion content. Driven by a passion for the moving image, you will be a collaborator with a proven track record designing amazing short form video content.
With skills honed creating original and exciting online advertising, TV, cinema, and social media content you are a versatile and flexible creative who can move easily between motion graphics design and video editing. You will be key to creating ACMI’s fast turnaround social media video content, cinema advertisements and TVC’s, and will have the ability to work closely with our curators to enhance exhibition content aligned with a curatorial vision, including for our new permanent gallery opening in 2020.
You have a strong sense of motion, visual design and type, a knack for sophisticated edits cut to great music with the ability to translate ACMI’s visual identity and style guides into motion graphics applications. The ability to shoot video would be an advantage.
Applicants will have an online showreel demonstrating professional motion graphics and editing experience in advertising TV/ broadcast, and arts institution or equivalent.
