About the role
The Visitor Services Officers (VSOs) provide a welcoming environment and high-quality experience for WA Museum visitors. They help to ensure the safety of visitors and staff within the Museum, as well as the security of the Museum Collection.
About you
We are seeking dynamic, self-motivated individuals who enjoy working in a positive team environment, delivering high quality customer service.
The successful applicant will be expected to:
- Provide a high level of visitor engagement through advanced tours and interpretive programs.
- Process shop and admission sales.
- Support public events and functions through either the event set-up and/or pack down, and through tours.
- Provide a high standard of security and safety for visitors and the Museum precinct.
