- Comfortable presenting to groups
- Experienced in delivering customer service within a gallery/museum context and/or experienced in a ticketing/retail context
- Calm and effective in an environment of high visitor volumes
- Blessed with exceptional interpersonal skills and
- Passionate about film, digital media and the arts
We have a variety of Visitor Services Officer roles available on a part time, limited duration basis, specialising in Front of House for the duration of the exhibition.
As a Visitor Services Officer you will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience to ACMI visitors, offering guidance and insight into the Wonderland exhibition as well as ACMI’s other related programs and events, including our permanent museum Screen Worlds. All the successful candidates for these roles will be joining an organisation where great value is placed on working collegiately and where there is a strong motivation to deliver a memorable experience for our visitors. Our people are immensely proud of ACMI and its values.
The Visitor Services team works on a rotating fortnightly roster. We are looking for flexible team members who are able to work weekdays, weekends and evenings.
