We have an exciting role within our Visitor Services team – engaged in the delivery of a world class experience for visitors attending events, programs and exhibitions at ACMI – for a Visitor Services Supervisor. This is an opportunity to utilise your leadership, operational and customer service skills in a dynamic and exciting arts and culture environment at the world’s leading moving image centre.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Visitor Services Supervisor with highly developed communication skills to join our small team of Supervisors on a casual basis. Reporting to the Visitor Services Manager, in this role you will be primarily responsible for coordinating and supervising our team of front of house, ticketing and retail Visitor Services staff and volunteers, participating in a rotating roster that includes evening and weekend work.
