Duties
Working under limited direction, the Visitor Services Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of a large team of Front of House staff who provide a range of services to ensure our visitors experience is engaging, positive and memorable. You will have proven outstanding supervisory skills in a service environment and enjoy working with a diverse public. An interest in and knowledge of Australian military history and museums would be an advantage in providing a quality visitor experience.
Notes
This is a shift work position, requiring regular weekend work. You must ensure that in applying for this role you are committed to being on duty regularly over weekends and Public Holidays.
