Duties
- Supervise day to day coordination of the visitor services team including daily briefs, rosters and identifying and resourcing daily priorities. Includes being the senior officer on site on weekends.
- Maintain Visitor Services Officers and volunteer rosters, records, database and arranging meetings and events.
- Assist in the supervision of front of house operations and delivery of programs to achieve visitor experience objectives, with the ability to provide active support if Visitor Services Officers are not available.
- Assist with the development and implementation of training programs for the visitor service team and volunteers.
- Take a leadership role in the review, development and implementation of the Disability Action Plan, including performance of associated administrative duties.
- Maintain effective communication with Visitor Services Officers, volunteers, other teams, contractors and tenants, using a variety of information channels.
Eligibility
The successful applicant must be:-
- An Australian citizen
- Willing to undergo and maintain and Australian government security clearance at the baseline level
- Willing to obtain a Working with Vulnerable People registration card
Notes
The occupant of this position will be the senior officer on site on weekends. The working pattern for this position will be required to work 7 hours 30minutes per day Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday (Week 1) and Saturday, Sunday and Monday (Week 2)
