Young indigenous artists ‘unsettle’ history at the Queensland Museum, ABC Radio, 21 February 2017

The Queensland Museum has decided to push tradition aside to ‘unsettle’ the way we think about our history and culture.

It’s invited a group of young indigenous artists to dig around in the vast State Collection and tell us what they think of it through music, films, paintings and theatre.

This artist in residence program might not always tell a happy story – but it promises to be a powerful one.

It’s called ‘unsettle’ …And the artists have already gotten down to work
