Executive Mentoring Program 2016-17

CAMD is pleased to offer the Executive Mentoring Program for aspiring leaders in museums for the second year. The program is managed by McCarthy Mentoring which has been inspiring leadership through successful mentoring programs since 1998.

The mentoring program offers talented women a unique professional development opportunity to work one2one with an experienced executive outside of their organisation. Mentors will draw on their experience as trustees and leaders in the cultural sector to provide confidential advice and support.

Outcomes for participants in the 2015-16 program included enhanced leadership skills, clarity of career goals and path, improved productivity, expanded networks and better management of workplace challenges. For more information see the flyer below.
