Within the Museum for the Future directorate, there are two vacancies for Audience Engagement Facilitators. Programmes within this directorate focus on the visual arts, science, contemporary culture and events that are shaping the future of society and the world we live in.

Every year, Te Papa welcomes over a million visitors to our site in Wellington, and interacts with many more through our online channels and travelling exhibitions.

An Audience Engagement Facilitator is a key member of every exhibition planning team. Applying their knowledge and observations of visitor motivations, needs and behaviours, they look for every opportunity to create memorable and meaningful experiences.
