Duties
The Exhibitions Officer (Permanent Galleries) will be responsible for the delivery of a range of activities associated with the management of permanent gallery exhibitions.

The Exhibitions Officer will work closely with the two Exhibition Coordinators and the Assistant Manager, Exhibition Projects and Interpretation to deliver components of larger and more complex exhibition projects, and will also work independently to coordinate less complex projects within the permanent galleries and the Hall.

The position will be responsible for coordinating object changeover and general gallery renewal activities for exhibition elements within the permanent galleries in collaboration with other Museum business units.

At times the position will be called upon to assist with temporary and travelling exhibitions, including the installation and deinstallation of exhibitions at regional and remote locations.
