The Opportunity
The Manager Digital Transformation Project is accountable to the Head of Audience and Experience for planning, leading and implementing digital transformation initiatives to support the business of the History Trust and its engagement with audiences.
Key components of the role
- Lead the next stages in the digital transformation of the History Trust, including development of a 2-year digital infrastructure, applications and services plan to support employee needs and engage audiences with South Australian history and museums.
- Lead the development, planning and implementation of a program of major digital infrastructure projects including procurement and implementation of a CRM, EDRMS and ecommerce system.
- Drive and build adoption of IT initiatives across HTSA through understanding employee needs and leading and facilitating project implementation accordingly using contemporary change management processes.

A strategic IT professional with an understanding of digital technologies and platforms that can enable teams and engage audiences.
Special Conditions
Some out of hours work may be required. Occasional weekend work may be required. Engagement in this role is subject to a satisfactory Department of Human Services Working with Children Check. Intrastate and interstate travel may be required.
Essential Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or equivalent extensive experience.
